I was just messing around, trying some things. In this pic you see his control over the storm by creating a dragon of lightning. Again he's a really old character and I've always wanted to draw him with this dragon attack thing.
I'd like to dragon to look more fierce and detailed but im not really sure what something made of lightning should look like I guess XD.
he's very powerful.
